| Why KitKat gave away Nexus 7 "2012" instead of promised Nexus 7 "2013" ? |
See the above picture. On to the left is the specification of Nexus 7 (2012) 16GB from Flipkart and to the right is the snapshot of the package shipped to Kitkat winners. Compare the part number and other details, and you know it is Nexus 7 (2012) 16GB version that is being given away to Kitkat Winners in India.

But all KitKat Nexus 7 winners (898 total) were expecting an All new Nexus 7 2013 version in their hand as written and displayed on Kitkat India website and their official facebook page. See image below:

And they clearly state on their official facebook page about which tablet the KitKat winners would be receiving. See Below image:

So why was the picture of new Nexus 7 (2013) shown on promo images everywhere when they had planned to giveaway the old stock Nexus 7 (2012) ?? Many of the contestants purchased over 500 plus KitKats packs, believing that they would get the "all new exclusive Nexus 7" 2013 but in the end could not win. They must be extremely disappointed after hearing this news.

I too won in this contest. Kitkat India cheating the winners. I too got the confirmation message but yet to receive the tablet. They should give the new Nexus 7 Tablets to all the winners. The person who called me on the day I won said it will be 2013 Nexus Tablet.
